I went to Taco Bell on 01/05 and got a #4 combo which includes 2 supreme crunchy tacos and a Mexican pizza along with a bean and cheese burrito and a Pepsi to drink. I ate about 2pm and I haven't felt good since and started puking with diarrhea at 8pm. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
