- comments: 3-501. 16(a:2,&b) observed tcs foods (chicken) being held at an improper cold holding temperatures of 60f-61. 3f during the inspection located at the front entrance doors for pick up. Instructed to always maintain all cold holding tcs foods at a proper cold holding temperature of 41f or below at all times. Instructed manager to discard all tcs foods at improper cold holding temperatures located at the front entrance doors for pick up. Priority violation 7-38-005.

- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of rodent activity. Observed about 5 rodent droppings in various areas of the dry storage/office area. Instructed to clean and sanitize affected areas and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).
