After being vegan eating something like this from any store could make you sick. Chicken is very contaminated in our factory farming culture. If you do vegan you should cook good quality meat, preferably pasture raised to reintroduce it.
Is it possible you are lactose intolerant? I imagine that if the dish had chicken in it, it also had regular cream and cheese (as opposed to vegan substitutes) in the alredo sauce.
