Approximately 10:15 pm on December 11, 2018 I ordered from the Drive through a grilled chicken sandwich and a small senior diet coke. As soon as I ate it I noticed a funny(smoked) taste and I immediately got heartburn and felt nauseous not sleeping most of the night. The next day I had bad Diarrhea (Watery) & quite a few episodes during the day. I remained nauseous and had no appetite for several days. On Wednesday I also reported the incident by phone to Wendy's corporate customer service. This past Wednesday, December 19 I went to Cleveland Clinic Emergency with Diarrhea and a pain on the outer wall of my chest. They gave me all kinds of test, the chest pain was muscular skeletal and the unspecified Diarrhea was confirmed. As of yesterday December 22 I still have Diarrhea and I have lost 8 lbs. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃灼热
