During my lunch hour from 2-3 I went to grab a bite to eat from Wendy's I order the 4for4 deal and got the junior bacon cheese burger and nuggets and fries. Towards the end of my shift 5-6 I started to feel sick and had to go to the bathroom several times before I actually made it home than I spent the whole night in the bathroom and next day called out for a fever and diarrhea. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
