Instructed to provide proper date marking with disposition date for rte foods prepared on site and held over 24 hours in cold holding unit. Priority foundation violation. No citation issued. 7-38-005

- comments: observed that employee wore watches and bracelets on hands while working with food. Must remove all jewelry except plain wedding band from hands while working with exposed food

- comments: observed torn rubber gasket on door to prep cooler and stand up cooler in front prep area. Instructed to repair and/or replace and maintain

- comments: observed no hot running water at facility at time of inspection. Water temperature observed to be 74-76 f on several hand washing sinks and 3 compartment sink. Must provide hot and cold running water on premises at all hand sinks at all times. Cos(priority foundation-7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: backflow prevention devices not located at ice machine, soda machine and directly connected teapot. Must install backflow prevention devices or air gap between the water supply inlet and the unit so it may be located to be serviced and maintained
