这家咖啡馆位于亚洲广场 1 号塔楼。我在 7 月 2 日去咖啡馆吃了一块馅饼。我注意到馅饼没有适当加热，因为馅饼的底部还很冷，所以我请他们重新加热，但是我已经吃了一部分馅饼了。下午我开始感到不舒服，但是当我忙于工作时我忽略了症状。症状一直持续到 7 月 4 日凌晨 3 点，突然变成胃部非常严重。我早上 7 点被送进医院的 A＆E 部门。75％ 的医疗费用用于我的公司保险。事件发生后，我向咖啡馆老板报告并要求他们支付 25％ 的账单，店主首先要求提供大量文件，然后在我提供之后，然后不理我，再也没有按照承诺给我回电话。当我把案子交给咖啡馆的房东时，他终于回应并拒绝承担责任。甚至没有对不起。

5 月 18 日星期五下午 12:15 在美国咖啡厅吃了鸡肉和羽衣甘蓝沙拉。一小时内猛烈呕吐。整个下午都在呕吐。我从来没有生病，通常可以吃任何东西。沙拉是预先包装的，可能在其他地方组装。我希望其他人不要去 MET 生病。那天晚上错过了我的百老汇演出，第二天我回家时仍然很虚弱。
