昨天上午 11 点左右我去了 Taco Bell（我上夜班）吃了 3 个软壳鸡肉炸玉米饼。我回家睡觉了，几个小时后我被压倒性的恶心感觉惊醒了。我跑到洗手间然后猛烈呕吐，然后是腹泻。我也开始发烧和严重的偏头痛。现在已经过了一天，这一切都没有停止。我没有医疗保险，所以很遗憾不能去医院。我很害怕，说实话我觉得自己很想死。
