I went to mcdonalds around 7pm and ate a 99p mayo chicken I then woke up the day after around 10am with diarrhoea and vomiting. This isn't the first time I have had bad d+v from here but taught it was a Flook  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate the shroom burger and cheesy fries last night and have had the worst stomach for the past few hours of the next morning. I've never felt this awful after food before my stomach is doing flips and have had diarrhoea & nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
