我早上 8 点 30 分在前往帕洛米诺的游客停下来吃早餐的餐厅里吃了香肠。我开始感到胃痛，大约下午 3 点我开始呕吐并发展腹泻。我扔了六次然后有五把液体和肥大便。  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛

I ate fried chicken, fried shrimp, and chop suey vegetables from there. By the morning I had severe diarrea and later developed a fever. After two days the diarrea has not stopped yet.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

I ate chicken cakes from the cafeteria on April 11 at the end of the day. Upset with diarrhea that night. Today is 14 and I'm still sick.
