2019 年 4 月 4 日至 11 日在马德里民主共和国蓬塔卡纳的必活系列旅行。4 月 10 日因胃肠道症状而生病。回家后被诊断出患有沙门氏菌中毒，严重脱水，极低钾，参加急诊室 3 次静脉注射液和护理。症状在不到 24 小时内开始，花了 2 个半星期才能解决

从 2019 年 4 月 13 日开始，我们与 8 名成人和 6 个孩子一起度过了家庭度假。5 人生病，其中 2 个孩子出现了最严重的剧烈腹泻和呕吐加发烧症状。其中三名成年人患有严重的恶心、抽筋和腹泻。我们之前去过蓬塔卡纳很多次，从来没有遇到过这样的问题。

Our stay was in Jan 2017 and we immediately noticed a horrible chemical smell. Burning eyes, nose, throat along with nausea and diarrhea. The resort refused to do anything about it other than come into the room and spray even more chemicals to cover up the smell.… 更多

从 5 月 30 日至 6 月 6 日，我和我的男朋友只在 Paradisus 度假村呆过吃饭。在我们生病的前一天，我们俩都在 The Reserve 自助餐和加比海滩自助餐吃饭。在我们离开的前一天，他开始感到不适，由于严重的腹泻，那天晚上大部分时间都不得不躺在床上。那天晚上我开始出现胃痉挛和严重腹泻，我们两个人从 6 月 5 日开始生病了。今天 6 月 11 日还在生病。还有腹泻和抽筋，不能吃东西。去看我们的医生。

Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

I stayed at Secrets Cap Cana. On the 4th day I had diarrhea and I was nauseous on the plane on the way home I experienced diarrhea and threw up on the plane. The flight attendant reserve a wheelchair for me so that I could, One out of four people got sick. I got sick on the 4th day  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻
