我们于 2018 年 9 月入住了伊贝罗斯塔。没有离开度假村，只在度假村吃饭和喝酒。第二天，我有严重的胃痛和腹泻，但在 1-2 天内消失了。来医院后病人因胃痛、发烧、虚弱、无法进食和体重减轻而住院。这继续提高了活动容忍度。1 月份，我减掉了 24 磅，血液检查中的自身免疫标志物增加了，这些标志物以前是阴性的。在多米尼加共和党的这种疾病之后，我接受了多次血液检查、X 光片、超声波检查、核磁共振检查和药物治疗，但仍未得到诊断。太令人沮丧了。

From May 12- 18. My family ( party of 6) stayed at the Iberostar Bavaria, I started to get diarrhea on 5/14 and is still having problems all other in my party started having issues on May 16 and it took over a week before they started…

去度假了第三天我出汗无法控制，无法起床。发烧，头晕暴力腹泻持续 3 天。去了度假村的医疗中心。他们给了我 pedialyte。我回家了，又经过 48 个小时的腹泻，我去了紧急护理，给了我一个 Z 包，48 小时内我好了 100％。
我们当中有 4/8 人在旅途中出现了剧烈的腹泻/发烧。
