I had felt fine the entire vacation until the day we were leaving. I had my first salad at the steakhouse and we left at 500. All day I experienced cramping and excessive diarrhea It lessened at 24 hours but contued for a few days after. This was from a trip in April  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋

On first day of arrival my wife had to get emergency care by hotel doctor and then taken by ambulance to the emergency room., One person. Symptoms slowly subsided after emergency room treatment, IV and multiple medications.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻

这次旅行开始很好，在我的最后一天，我因发冷和恶心而生病。当我到达机场时，我开始感到严重不适。当我到家时，我连续呕吐多次，直到除了胆汁之外没有其他东西可以释放。我发烧、发冷、恶心和腹泻。我太虚弱了，我无法照顾我的孩子，我连两天都没法下床。我一生中从来没有那么生病过。我病得很重，以至于我感到妄想。我不得不打电话给我的医生，他不得不打电话给止呕药来缓解恶心和呕吐。我感觉太糟糕了以至于我以为自己快要死了。

My wife and 2 boys stayed here from 06/03/19 — 06/08/19. Both our boys (22 and 19) got sick. One son started with diarrhea and vomiting just as we were leaving the resort on 06/08/19. Even vomited at the airport and on the plane. By the time… 更多

It was in April of this year., Our family of 4 were there from April 21-27, 2019. My husband got sick after eating at the Italian restaurant on the resort. He started to feel nauseous and then threw up several times within a few hours of eating dinner there. He also had diarrhea  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻

在我的第一个晚上，我在 OLAS 的烧烤餐厅吃饭。一个小时后，我感到恶心和臃肿。我什么时候回来，什么时候睡觉或试着睡觉。我整晚都在浴室里度过。早上，我去了他们的紧急护理，被告知他们不再有药了。我四天中有 3 天在房间里度过，或者说洗手间。

When I landed, I had two drinks from the minibar before I was going to go to dinner. However, I became incredibly sick. My wife (a nurse) took care of me the next 5 days. We flew back on day 6, still feeling awful, but able to move around.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
