I had felt fine the entire vacation until the day we were leaving. I had my first salad at the steakhouse and we left at 500. All day I experienced cramping and excessive diarrhea It lessened at 24 hours but contued for a few days after. This was from a trip in April  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps

On first day of arrival my wife had to get emergency care by hotel doctor and then taken by ambulance to the emergency room., One person. Symptoms slowly subsided after emergency room treatment, IV and multiple medications.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea

It was in April of this year., Our family of 4 were there from April 21-27, 2019. My husband got sick after eating at the Italian restaurant on the resort. When I landed, I had two drinks from the minibar before I was going to go to dinner. However, I became incredibly sick. My wife (a nurse) took care of me the next 5 days. We flew back on day 6, still feeling awful, but able to move around.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
