Ate at around 10 pm. Had a karaage (fried chicken) menu. Around 5 am I suddenly woke up feeling a little nauseous and rapid heartbeat. After a few minutes I started to throw up and a few minuted after that I started to shiver. | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心

He didnt give us a bill , the food was adequate and turned out we got sick. He even charged us for water 300 yen per person. Service was bad. We didnt even eat all the food. Thank god. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

我和我的朋友在星期二 4 日吃完晚餐后呕吐并出现腹泻。医生证实我们有 “食物中毒”。前几天我的老板打电话给经理，这家餐厅的经理说：“我们吃的午餐不好”。经理无权说这样的话，因为他/她甚至不知道我们是否吃过午饭，我们在哪里吃午饭，午餐吃了什么以及午餐是好还是坏午餐。这是我人生中第一次像朋友一样 “头晕”，“呕吐”，再加上吃完食物 30 分钟后她出现了 “腹泻”！如果你去这家餐厅遇到同样的问题，请不要相信工作人员和经理当天所说的他们将对你的健康负责的话。如果你已经离开餐厅，他们只是说 sh* t 并忽略你，然后再尝试联系他们。你必须立即向健康中心报告病例！！
