26 日星期三下午早些时候吃了。3 个迷你鱼片，1 个爆米花鸡肉，豆类，薯条，雪碧。症状在 1 天后（星期四 27 日星期四傍晚）开始，此前出现了半固体腹泻，其中包含我认为是蠕虫的东西，还有几簇深褐色的固体粪便。症状包括腹泻、头痛、头晕、呕吐、恶心、疲劳、虚弱、智力下降、疼痛、食欲不振和口渴增加（主要是）。这些都仍然存在，进食后 4 天和大多数症状出现 3 天后同样严重。看起来它们也会持续到第二天，同样严重。我对肯德基完全缺乏卫生习惯或对顾客的尊重感到非常生气，再也不会在那里吃饭了。

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and some wedges. I woke up in the middle of the night aching to go to the toilet. I was there for about an hour with diarrhoea and nausea. I was subsequently vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
