I ate part of Chipolte dish for late breakfast and dinner. Extremely painful stomach cramps and diarrhea started about 2:00 a.m. I've been sick for 2 days and will go to urgent care this morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
