Chicken foccacio sandwhich.
Woke up 6 hours after eating Zipps in the middle of the night diarrhea committing the whole 9. The last meal before Zipps was 20+ hours ago (jimmy johns sandwhich) and I felt fine all day until Zipps.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

下午 4 点左右吃了鸡碗-吃完后立即注意到症状（胃部不适、恶心）。一小时后，症状恶化了-恶心、腹泻、发冷、肌肉酸痛更多...希望情况会好起来，因为情况会变得更糟。不惜一切代价避免。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战, 肌肉疼痛
