Chicken foccacio sandwhich.
Woke up 6 hours after eating Zipps in the middle of the night diarrhea committing the whole 9. The last meal before Zipps was 20+ hours ago (jimmy johns sandwhich) and I felt fine all day until Zipps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ate chicken bowl around 4pm - noticed symptoms (upset stomach, nausea) immediately after finishing. One hour in and symptoms have worsened - more nausea, diarrhea, chills, muscle aches... Hope this gets better for it gets worse. Avoid at all costs.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Muscle Pain

Not entirely sure it was the Wendy's or something else but hours later had nausea, followed by simultaneous vomiting and diarrhea. Felt feverish but temp was normal. Dizzy, exhausted, and dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Dehydration, Dizziness
