Ate the california turkey club sandwich on 3/14/19, within one hour was suffering severe abdominal pain followed by violent vomiting, fever, nausea and the next day severe diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Wed, 3/6,19 bought 3- 6 inch coney style hot dogs and tater tots. They weren't hot now that we think about it. Barely warm if that. Husband atr 2 me 1, both had nausea and diarrhea within the hour. Husband still very sick with diarrhea today, head is feeling as spinning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Ate a quarter pounder from McDonald's in Benson near I-10 at approximately 5:30 p.m. on 6 March 2019. Experienced vomiting, and diarrhea a couple hours later. Been up all night sick and still feel ill noon 7 March.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
