我在下午 5 点半左右在 10-17 号地铁上吃过东西。我和我的女朋友都吃了甜洋葱红烧鸡肉。到了深夜，当我们试图下一顿饭时，我的女朋友无法进食，开始呕吐。当我回到家并试图睡觉时，我醒来时感到恶心和呕吐时无法做到。由于可怕的胃痛和头痛，我整天都无法进食。
