Ate a taco and regular nachos. Had diarrhea a few hours later followed with intense vomiting.

Took a sick day at work and spent all day violently vomiting yellow/greenish bile.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 胆汁

Cheese Philly Sandwich and coleslaw delivered by Forkable at my work from Firehouse Grill (Sunnyvale). Had it for lunch, vomited at 1am (12 hours after lunch) and was sick all night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

两周前我从 TJ 鸡蛋中得了食物中毒，但当时我不确定是什么原因导致了我食物中毒。所以我认为这是我那天吃的所有其他东西。
但是我昨天吃了同样的鸡蛋然后开始头痛恶心。大约 40 分钟后，我开始呕吐，腹泻、出汗、发冷和头痛剧烈。永远不要再吃 TJ 鸡蛋

Husband & I ate two different items on menu. I had the breakfast bowl with chicken. My symptoms showed up later that day. Husband had chicken minis and he got sick a few days later with the same symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
