Cockroach infestation. Inspector saw live roaches in a storage cabinet for pots and pans, under heating lamps at the prep area and in some sewage on the floor due to a clogged disposal system. Many dead roaches were also seen in several areas.

Ate the Brewhouse burger with bacon, and a gluten free pazookie for dessert. The burger tasted fine, was cooked medium well. Woke up early with severe diarrhea, then vomiting. Not a great way to spend the weekend : /  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

9 月 14 日星期五，我们在下午 6 点 30 分之间去了塔可钟，订购了一个 12 个炸玉米饼，炸玉米饼盒。吃完炸玉米饼后的 3 小时内，我的儿子开始严重呕吐，头晕，恶心，腹泻。同时我的女儿也很虚弱，恶心，也有腹泻。我丈夫也出现这些症状几个小时后。

周四晚上订购了外卖。订购了带肉丸/酱的 pappadelle 和额外的一面肉丸。那天晚上我只吃了附带订单中的肉丸作为晚餐，第二天晚上把剩下的放在冰箱里吃晚饭。昨晚 9 点半左右我吃了剩下的东西，然后不久就去那里睡觉了。我醒来后不得不在午夜左右带着令人难以置信的胃痉挛跑到洗手间。我整晚都在生病，直到我终于昏倒了。今天早上我更加痛苦，整天经常生病，包括呕吐、发烧、发冷等。我的胃痉挛最严重，感觉我的肠子在恶习中。希望这种情况很快就会消失，因为我认为我体内没有任何东西。
