I ate at smash burger Wednesday night and when I woke up Friday morning I was immediately throwing up. I am still experiencing all the symptoms of food poisoning and the only food I ate that could have caused it was the burger.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Haven’t ate since lunch 5/16/18. Grabbed a chicken little combo today for lunch around12:50, around three I started to become nauseous and puked all the kfc and some water out at 5:45 this is the only thing I’ve ate today 5/17/18 and the only thing that came out  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

5/13/18 The manager told me the cook had burned the first pizza so another was being made. I was the only person in my family who ate it. Soon after I didn’t feel well. 8 hours later I started throwing up, diarrhea came next, now I have both. I’ve been sick for 4 days now and missed school.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Got a chicken burrito and two 1$ menu quesadillas, ate half the burrito, and something tasted... Off. Was pretty gross, and I go into taco bell with the lowest of low expectations. Had a quesadilla, seemed ok. 5 hours after eating it i wake up feeling it.… 更多

Got sick 6 months before...puked 3 times and was in bed nauseous all night.... and haven’t eaten it since... decided I could take the risk today because I love their sandwiches and here I am again, sick with the same feeling and it bed waiting to puke.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
