我昨晚下班后吃了 Chipotle。我一醒来就不得不呕吐并且也有 diahria。随着时间的流逝，我感到很恐怖，整个身体都抽筋，头晕，虚弱，然后在午休时间再次呕吐，整天我都觉得自己需要呕吐。现在已经晚了，我也有同样的感觉，我发烧了，那种呕吐的感觉还在。

Friday, 10/6/17, about 5 pm, purchased shrimp (defrosted frozen, 51-60 count) from the butcher case. The shrimp went straight home and into the fridge. I ate the Wisconsin macaroni and cheese with meatballs. When I got it there was a peculoar looking onion on top that didn't smell or look good. I took the onion off and proceeded to eat the macaroni and cheese  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
