Friday, 10/6/17, about 5 pm, purchased shrimp (defrosted frozen, 51-60 count) from the butcher case. The shrimp went straight home and into the fridge. I ate the Wisconsin macaroni and cheese with meatballs. When I got it there was a peculoar looking onion on top that didn't smell or look good. I took the onion off and proceeded to eat the macaroni and cheese  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

The next day I finished off the remaining slices anround 12pm and was up until 5:00 am the next day delirious, nauseous, and vomiting 5 times. All I could taste was the ham. Will never buy it again. I gave my dog a small piece of a slice of ham on Weds and he immediately threw it up whole  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Went in on 2/24/2017 with 4 co-workers after work. We had 2 Chicken Nacho appetizers to share. 3 of us ate the guacamole, and 3 of us got violently sick. I got sick around 11pm that Sunday evening, and was violently throwing up all night. Was reported to Larimer County Public Health.  | 症状: 呕吐
