Friday, 10/6/17, about 5 pm, purchased shrimp (defrosted frozen, 51-60 count) from the butcher case. The shrimp went straight home and into the fridge. I ate the Wisconsin macaroni and cheese with meatballs. When I got it there was a peculoar looking onion on top that didn't smell or look good. I took the onion off and proceeded to eat the macaroni and cheese  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
