I ate at around 12:30 PM and then started to feel nauseous about 4 hours later and became violently ill that night, all the way through the morning, I was the only one who got sick and I first felt nauseous about 3 or 4 hours after I ate and then became really really sick that night, around 10 pm  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧

几个月前，我在弟弟学校吃东西之前和父亲一起在这里吃饭，我点了一个黄油汉堡，里面有奶酪/泡菜，薄荷蛋奶昔和一些薯条，他点了薄荷蛋奶昔，黄油汉堡和奶酪/泡菜，还有一些薯条。等我们完成的时候我们没注意到症状开始了我们一直开车去目的地等到我们得到他们的时候...我已经告诉爸爸我肚子疼他也告诉我同样的事情...我原谅自己去洗手间，和爸爸一起抽筋和湿软的便便真的很糟糕... 真是太糟糕了...

I had a sampler plate that included their beef ravioli, stuffed mushrooms and lasagna dip. Within an hour I was vomiting followed by diarhea and more vomiting as the evening went on. 7 hours later and I still feel sick  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice, fajita, chicken, pico de gallo, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce for dinner. The next day at noon, I became nauseous and was not eating. Diarrhea and a fever kicked in.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
