2017 年 3 月 15 日，我晚上去了 Cici 的自助餐，除了沙拉之外，我吃了所有东西。我回到家时感到饱和恶心。凌晨 1 点 30 分我去扔了，然后又扔了 2 次；一次是凌晨 2 点 30 分，另一次是凌晨 3 点 30 分。然后我腹泻了大约一个小时，醒来时感觉虚弱和高烧。经验丰富的人也会因发烧而发冷。
