I purchased a double meat chicken bowl between 8-9pm. I begin feeling pains in stomach around 12:30am which led to vomiting, diarrhea and nausea. Throughout the night constantly running back and forth to bathroom, by morning completely dehydrated and running a low fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
