我和我的女儿于 18 年 4 月 3 日 2 点 30 分左右停下来，然后下令直通车。我们订购了一些滑块。晚上 6 点左右，我的女儿开始呕吐和腹泻。凌晨 3 点左右，我开始出现严重抽筋，然后是腹泻和呕吐。我和我女儿在这个日期唯一吃的东西是相同的是 Arbys。我们俩都去看了医生，被诊断出患有食物中毒。我一直无法保持任何东西，我可能要去医院找液体，因为我极度脱水，无法保持任何东西的虚弱。我 14 美元的午餐现在花了我更多的医疗费和至少一天的失业时间。

I had a large chili and plain baked potato for lunch yesterday. A few hours after I started feeling very uncomfortable and nauseous. I then started vomitting violently on and off for the next 3 hours. I will never eat at wendy s again!  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心

Got egg salad on Friday September 2. Became I'll at 3:30 am. Stayed I'll and went to emergency room with cramping and blood. Was examined and given a cat scan and then diagnosis. Was prescribed 2 antibiotics and meds for pain. Begin improving late on Monday. Several more days of lethargy.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
