我认为这是预先包装的沙拉。鸡肉凯撒沙拉。我从商店回家后才在下午 3 点左右吃了沙拉，然后那天晚上开始感觉不舒服。到了半夜，我有呕吐、腹泻、恶心、发冷、头痛。我无法保留任何东西。我在大约 5 天内就完成了。我是唯一一个生病的人。

When I ate an order of chicken from there I experienced nausea and heavy headaches and migraines, it happens every time that I eat from there. I feel better now, however it is an ongoing issue with the chicken from there. My sister also feels the same way when she eats it  | 症状: 恶心, 头痛, 偏头痛
