About a month ago we moved to a new home and received a free large pizza coupon from Marcos pizza. We got the free pizza and another large pepperoni all 6 people in our family had diarrhea and stomach cramps the next day. It lasted all day long.  | 症状: 腹泻

2017 年 8 月 24 日，我儿子停下来为我拿了一份 Cobb 沙拉。我只吃生菜和鸡肉。对我来说味道很有趣，所以我把它放在冰箱里以为我没那么饿，而且那天晚上我的儿子们要带我出去参加生日晚宴。吃完饭后，我在 30 分钟内出现了胃痛，无法专注于我每天做的合同。大约两个小时后，我知道出了点问题... 我洗了个澡，出来的时候感觉就像昏倒一样... 我的心脏开始疯狂地跳动，我以为自己正在心脏病发作。我打电话给 911... 他们立刻把我带进去，我的身体开始抽搐。到医院大约半小时后，抽搐只是在我的右边。我正在跟一位心脏病专家联系。有可能是杀虫剂。我已经联系了卫生部门，10 天后，沙拉和我吃的那天一样绿。

Still in the hospital
Have not confirmed food borne illness yet. Ate there 9/11 in the Hospital since 6 AM 9/12 Met someone tonight that ate at another location that also has been sick since last night. Common food was the Garlic Mashed potatoes.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
