I have been in the bed all night. I ordered a pan cake with sausage this morning from the McDonald's in Bethlehem Georgia and around 12:00\. I started vomiting nausea diarrhea and it hasn't stopped. I'm very upset about it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

My daughter ate around 9:30pm Sunday night she woke up feeling sick then started throwing up about 8:30am and hasn't stopped the sweating everything she drinks comes back up 30seconds later and McDonald's is the only thing she has eaten if she doesn't feel better soon I'm taking her to the ER  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

16 年 6 月 8 日在乔治亚州伯利恒洛根维尔高速公路 912 号麦当劳被鸡肉三明治中毒。经调查后，得知主冰柜在那个星期之前已经坏了，经过维修，商店经理决定提供变质的食物。我生病了 10 天，出现以下症状：头痛，发烧，冷汗，头晕，恶心，猫从眼睛和右耳排出，右耳暂时失去听力，呕吐和腹泻。我已经有一个星期无法离开床了。
当地管理层否认发生了任何不安全的事情，并拒绝承担责任。他们撒谎。
经过进一步调查，我了解到，通常情况下，当员工打电话请病假时，他们会被告知 “上班或写信”。在某些情况下，员工不得不赶到洗手间吐出来，然后被告知要 “回去工作”。我看到员工病得很重，他们不得不坐在厨房的地板上抱着头，不允许他们回家。
