我在 6 点左右去了麦当劳，吃了一个 McChicken 三明治。大约一个小时后开始出现症状；头痛、恶心、发烧。然后我在凌晨 2 点左右醒来，每 30 分钟开始呕吐一次，直到上午 10 点。现在是下午 6 点 57 分，我发烧，恶心，我整天都脱水，无法保持水下来。

I had 2 Chalupas and a soft shell taco at about 4 pm yesterday and started having some stomach cramps around 7 pm. It is now 4:30 am in the morning and I woke up feeling extremely nauseous with diarrhea. Vomiting almost feels inevitable at this point and I'm burping up the taste....  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, Burping

I ate around 5:30 pm and I had 2 regular soft shell tacos with ranch. Now at around 8:18 PM I'm expirencing constant every 20 or so minutes of diarrhea and it hurts! It comes out and makes it sore and it is worse than menstrual cramps. :( I should get over it hopefully.  | 症状: 腹泻

Ate at chipotle for the first time ever on Friday around 4:30/5:00pm. While at work around 7:30pm I became ill. It started with vomiting, then I passed out. That same night I spiked a fever and had sever diarrhea. I was takin to the hospital admitted and two days later released.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
