purchased 18 pc meal on 11/20/2019. Illness the next day 11/21/19. Continues today 11/23/19., Purchased the 10pc meal , cost $18.89, with 2 sides. Next day, 11/21/19, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, fever begun. Continues today 11/23/19.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Throwing up and p**ing at the same time and feel very cold even though I’m in the heat my hands feel as cold as Ice I think I have a fever haven’t had time to check because my throwing up and p**ing  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

晚上 7 点去了。拿到了 5 个招标书和一个普通的小鱼苗。我吃完大约 15 分钟后，我觉得拿 BM 的冲动几乎没有时间去洗手间。腹泻真的很糟糕。上厕所时背部疼痛可怕的腹部痉挛。在第一集不得不再次出现 20 分钟之后，那时出汗也真的很糟糕。几个小时后，我仍然感觉很糟糕。只是喝水而且非常恶心。现在还有严重的腹泻和头痛现在是 21 点

Girlfriend and I ate crab dip appetizer and she had crab Alfredo (I had shrimp Alfredo) on Sun. I had diarrhea the following day, but ir resolved. She had cramping. We ate our left overs that evening (Mon). She presented with diarrhea but took Imodium, etc. on… 更多
