I had a double cheeseburger and small fry at 1:30 and right after I ate it I felt sour! Shortly there after was vomiting and nauseous and then extreme diarrhea follows. This ia the only thing I have eaten today and am sure it was bad. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I went to Panera Bread and got a soba noodle soup and an apple and water. Had explosive diarrhea for the entire night and next morning. Then recovered and now I'm slightly emotionally scared otherwise fine. | 症状: 腹泻
