2019 年 7 月 10 日星期三下午 2 点 30 分，一位 32 岁的女士在这家餐厅吃了羽衣甘蓝松露凯撒沙拉。当时她感觉良好，没有医疗问题。她没有生病的接触者。

几个小时后，她在下午 5 点因腹部不适而感到恶心，离开工作岗位，晚上 8 点 30 分呕吐，发冷和感觉发热，反复呕吐。

我相信这是食物中毒，我打电话给餐厅的经理，告诉她，以保护更多的顾客。我还打了电话（没有回答）然后发短信，有人告诉我是经理要提醒他。我相信这是一部手机）。
