我在旁边订购了塞萨尔沙拉和红薯薯条。吃完大约 20 分钟后我感觉非常恶心，觉得我不得不呕吐。10 分钟后它过去了，然后我觉得我也要把裤子也过去了。晚上晚些时候我感觉不错，但是当我醒来时我有极度的胃痛和水腹泻。我很沮丧因为我喜欢这个地方...我会回来的，但不会吃同样的东西。

Went to Dunkin’ Donuts. Got a hazelnut coffee, a bagel and cream cheese, Hash Browns, and a bacon egg cheese sandwich. Ate then around 2pm. All I ate all day. It’s now 11:30pm and I’m vomiting and have diarrhea, Just me. 9 hours.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻
