在3个不同的场合，我丈夫都因为美汁源柠檬水而生病。我们买了一个6装，在喝了前3瓶后都生病了，每瓶都在不同的日子喝，喝完后立即呕吐没有延迟。其他3瓶已经扔进垃圾桶了。  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

昨晚大约 7 点 15 分，我从那里买了一个带奶酪的 wopper，然后咬了一口，意识到出了点问题。它的味道真的很差，仔细检查后看起来真的很旧。我真的病了然后去看医生，被诊断出胃肠炎，即食物中毒。现在我还很恶心。我抽筋，腹胀，我有恶心、呕吐、腹泻和不良出汗。昨晚我在急诊室里度过了一整夜仍然生病。我脱水了，非常痛苦。

Ordered half chicken bbq. Was not cooked all the way through, and I did not eat most of the chicken when I realized it wasn’t cooked. The juices must have contaminated the rest of the meal, which I ate prior to realizing the chicken was uncooked.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

This is the SECOND time I have gotten food poisoning from here in the last year. I've definitely learned my lesson now. Watch out for the salad dressings and zax sauce.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
