Me and my father in law went to eat on the border last night he order the beef bowl and I order queso with carne asada I started to get diarrhea that same night then went to bed kept waking up in the middle of the night to vommit and the same thing was happening to my father in law at night  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
