I ate salt and vinegar wings from the deli counter and now I have severe nausea, vomiting, liquid #2 and a slight fever. The only other things I ate yesterday were chips and a uncrustable pb&j.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

got 2 sausage mcmuffin with eggs, ate one when I got to work about 15 minutes later. Immediately started getting a stomach ache, within an hour of eating, got worse throughout the day and left for home around 3 pm. started getting typical symptoms all night and the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

I ate a whopper for dinner & within an hour I was sick & throwing up every half an hour the entire night. I was bed ridden the whole next day & could not care for my infant son.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
