I got a quarter paounder meal and a pumpkin pie last night around 7:30pm and starting this morning I started feeling nauseous and having really bad cramps now I have to go to the bathroom every thirty minutes.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I ate the knock out tacos on August 2nd. I was sick Saturday, Sunday, and still sick today.Went to the doctor today. Got medicine for nausea and something to coat my stomach. Don't want to get out of bed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a 4 for $4 and I am sick to my stomach. I ate oatmeal before like I do every day and ate Wendys for lunch and after that the whole day my stomach was messed up. I spent four hours throwing up. It's ridiculous!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered a bacanator fries, and a Dave’s single. After eating the meal, I started throwing up extremely bad. Like ever before. Nothing but fries and burger. Shortly after, I had diarrhea. Never thought I would get food posing from Manitowoc Wendy’s, but I did and now… 更多

Ate panda express about 7pm. Started feeling nausea shortly after. Than about midnight started puking for about 12 to 15 hours after. I had nothing to eat before that that would of made me this sick. I'm now feeling better already about 2 days after.  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐
