我用巧克力奶昔吃了新的大无霸然后睡着了。早上 6 点醒来，无法停止呕吐。有可怕的 Diareah 而且头晕了。我有一个 3 个月大的婴儿，无法喂她（母乳喂养），因为我无法把她放在肚子上，甚至没有精力去换尿布。然后冷痛、颤抖和汗水开始了。我必须得到一个保姆，因为我身体上无法照顾我的孩子。

我在下午 5 点左右在那里吃了晚餐。我有一个鸡肉汉堡、一些薯条和奶昔。我的鸡肉汉堡里有一小块头发，但我没想太多。我刚拿出来继续吃东西。

第二天早上，我醒来时感觉好像有人移除了我的胃层，酸在吃我的胃。在开车的过程中，我必须拿一个包，我至少扔了 5 次。呕吐还伴有恶心和严重的头痛以及腹泻。

我的消化系统太糟糕了。我腹泻了一个星期。

至少呕吐使我肿的肚子消失了，（它回来了）。

美国不是吃鸡肉相关食物的好地方。
