Medium hot dark roast coffee with mocha, an extra espresso shot, 1 cream and 1 sugar. Bought at 2pm.
Nauseous all day. Immediately needed to use the restroom. Went to sleep for the night only to get up due to having to use the restroom. Diarrhea is the cause.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我在下午 4 点左右购买了 Quarter Pounder 豪华 + 培根-生菜和冰摩卡咖啡和烟熏鱼苗。我回到家后就吃了它，大约 5 点半到 5 点半完成了东西。
午夜左右我在床上读书，当时我开始生病胃然后头痛然后不得不呕吐。之后我因寒战和胃部不适而感到非常难过我睡觉了。
今天早上我以为自己好多了，但是因为我的胃里没有任何食物，所以一切都没有呕吐就再次受到打击。我甚至想不到吃东西。让我恶心，我唯一能想到的就是那个汉堡。
