订购了 “简单” 沙拉和他们的沙拉酱。如果它顶上煮熟的中等稀有的 ahi 金枪鱼-味道很好，没有味道-早上 3 点左右醒来时腹痛严重，现在还在生病。发烧和发冷、恶心和呕吐、头痛和腹泻。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 头痛, 寒战

Went there on nov. 16 and had one stuffed mushroom, the garden salad, and order the crab Alfredo. Ate a couple bites out of the Alfredo and couldn't eat much more didn't have the right taste. As soon as I got home I was throwing up, and have been nauseated and diarrhea for 4 days now after.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Well for breakfast I ate at home and when it came to eat during lunch time I had wild berry smoothie with chicken Cesar salad and tomato soup and ever since then I haven't felt so great. This happen Tuesday November 16 and today is November 18 and I'm still suffering. I can't even eat anything.  | 症状: 腹泻
