披萨，在我生病之前吃饭不到 30 分钟。开始时是气体，严重的胃痉挛，出汗，热然后冷，恶心，口中有金属味，腹泻和呕吐。持续时间相当短-总共 30-45 分钟，有大约 6 次呕吐物可以排出所有食物。  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 腹泻, 抽筋, 出汗, 煤气

They are selling expired milk products and I have reported it to the store and emailed there corporate office - I have gotten diarrhea from the expired milk products 3 times and while buying milk on 07/14/19 informed cashier and was belittled and called profane name on… 更多

一家人有一个大的 Supreme 披萨，一个人只有一个意大利辣香肠披萨饼。在 4 月 21 日星期日晚上 7 点左右订购了复活节。4 月 22 日凌晨 1 点 45 分第一人生病。4 月 22 日凌晨 6 点左右，第二和第三人生病。极度恶心、呕吐、胃痉挛、过度腹泻和肌肉酸痛。4 月 24 日仍然生病，还没有改善的迹象。到目前为止错过了 3 天的上学和工作时间。第四个家庭成员没有吃披萨，也没有生病，所以我们确定来源是披萨。

got a slice of beef pizza for lunch, woke up at 2am that night with severe stomach cramps & then bad diarrhea & vomited. felt sick & couldnt eat for 2 days. didnt eat anything different from my nbormal diet except the caseys pizza which i rarely eat. never again!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I live next door to Casey's. I have ate there pizza 5 times. Was trying to treaty family. Every time,all 5 times, I got food poisoning. It caused me to miss work and go to the doctor. Thinking about making a sign and protesting in front of the place.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
