Ordered 12 piece spicy chicken on Thursday August 13th, 2020 with mashed potatoes, okra, and biscuits. Some hours later my wife and I have had terrible diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain and chills. We've been very dehydrated and had to be tested for COVID-19.
