自去年去蓬塔卡纳旅行以来，我一直生病了！我的胃或肠从来没有出现过问题。我腹泻已有一年了... 当我服用抗腹泻药物时，间歇性地大便很软。我觉得我的肚子里坐着一块石头，它会持续带来沉闷的疼痛。当我回来时，我去了 kaiser 接受寄生虫检测，问题持续了 3 个星期。他们没有发现任何寄生虫，我现在发现他们应该做多个粪便样本来测试寄生虫。下周我要去看消化道专家。我自己用大麻服药是因为人们用 IBS 抛出 “生病” 的 “腹痛” 腹泻。这是症状而不是诊断。这是唯一能让我摆脱胃痛和腹泻的感觉，在腹泻来临之前感觉就好了... 但我觉得每天差不多 24 小时！随着这些故事的出现，我发现自己并不孤单感觉好多了!!!在蓬塔卡纳有东西把我搞砸了。前一年我们去过坎昆，我没问题。我们严格地呆在坚硬的岩石上，我相信那天我生病了（未婚妻也这样做了，他在床上的胎儿姿势待了几个小时，腹泻好转了）我继续慢慢恶化。

Week of March 15, 2019, staying at . Stayed and ate only at resort, except drank one Coke from Swim with Dolphins excursion with ice in my cup. Did not consume any alcohol at all during trip. Violently ill for week following our trip.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
