昨天，1 月 18 日星期五，我们吃了进出。我们点了汉堡。我两岁的孩子醒来时被呕吐物遮住了。他整天都有腹泻。当我的上腹疼痛时，我整晚都和他在一起。后来我出现了食物中毒的所有其他症状。现在，晚上 10 点 03 分我头疼。我丈夫也吃了汉堡。一整天都是同样的症状

2018 年 12 月 18 日在这个地方吃了双芝士汉堡、油炸和健怡可乐组合。
大约 8 小时后出现了严重的腹泻，持续了大约 4 天。
现在已经有严重的胃痛和断断续续的腹泻了大约 3 个星期。这对我来说根本不正常，多年来一直是终身客户。
早些时候没有报告，因为我们第二天（生病）离开美国大陆去休假 3 周。
